1995 Toyota Corolla Tilt Steering?

I just bought a used '95 toyotta corolla and it doesn't have a manuel with it. I was wondering if anyone new if the steering will can be adjusted. It's a little too high for me and I haven't found anything to be able to tilt it down some. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it if you could tell me.
