Default Tyre pressures for a 1990 Nissan Caravan

Hi,

I've recently bought a 1990 Nissan Caravan, it has a 2 litre petrol engine and is the long wheel base hi-top version. It is a Japenese import and as such the owner manual is in Japenese and I can't find out what the tyre pressures should be. Can someone please point me in the right direction please?
Also what weight oil shoould I be using? It has 112,000 km on the clock.

Thanks in advance!
