A survey of the UK??™s chauffeur industry has revealed that the Mercedes E-Class is the industry??™s favourite vehicle for work purposes.

The survey in The Chauffeur magazine revealed the E-Class Saloon to be the chauffeur??s favourite.

Diesel economy and passenger comfort were the main reasons chauffeurs are buying the E-Class, according to Mercedes.

The Chauffeur magazine conducted the survey over a twelve-month period, collecting details from readers about the vehicles they operated, their thoughts on the industry and how they think manufacturers should treat a chauffeur when entering a showroom.

Second in the list is the Rolls-Royce, with Mercedes??™ S-Class the third most popular vehicle being operated.
