Web site posts Lohan pictures following arrest

Monica Doll has joined IMC Consulting s newest client relations manager.

Ms. Doll, a Modesto native, brings extensive experience in client/vendor relations including positions with Chris Reed Interior Design, SKIN - A Day Spa, and the Cooper Company where she managed relationships between property owners, tenants and vendors.

Camille Spaccavento has been hired as the marketing director for the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts.

Ms. Spaccavento, a graduate of Montclair State College in New Jersey, has worked in the performing arts for more than 20 years. While still a student at Montclair, an interest in photography led to a job doing publicity photos for a local theatre company, which launched her on a career path that has included work in television and film and in marketing and subscription sales for major arts presenters including New York City Ballet, New York City Opera, and Purchase College.

Karen DAndrea has been promoted to vice president of finance of JWilliamsStaffing. Ms. DAndrea holds an accounting degree and is an active member of the BIA/SC Womens Council and Sales Steve Coldani of Lodi has been appointed the newest member of the board of directors of Community Business Bank in West Sacramento.

Mr. Coldani has been president of Coldani Realty Inc. in Lodi since 1976, specializing in real estate brokerage, sales and management. He is currently a director of the Lodi District Chamber of Commerce and the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a member of the San Joaquin County Farm Bureau and the Lodi, Plumas County and North Tahoe Associations of Realtors.

Timothy Quinn has been named executive director of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA), a 460-member statewide association responsible for about 90 percent of the water delivered in California.

He succeeds Steve Hall, ACWAs current executive director, who will go on leave later this month and will retire at the end of the year after leading the organization for 15 years.

Mr. Quinn served with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for 22 years as the districts primary representative for statewide issues. During this period, he helped to create the Drought Water Bank under Gov. Pete Wilson, worked to negotiate the 1994 Bay-Delta Accord and the Monterey Agreement.

Before joining Metropolitan in 1985, he was a project manager at the Rand Corporation. He also served on the staff of the non-partisan President's Council of Economic Advisors in both the Ford and Carter administrations.

Pat Weston has been named vice president of engineering for SynapSense Corp. of Folsom, a maker of wireless energy and environmental instrumentation products.

Mr. Van Tuyle, a certified public accountant, brings more than 20 years of experience working in the technology industry to his new role. Previously, he served as CFO for Sierra Logic, a venture-backed storage semiconductor company that was sold to Emulex Corp. last October. Prior to Sierra Logic, Mr. Van Tuyle was CFO for ShareWave, a venture-backed 802.11 wireless semiconductor company that was sold to Cirrus Logic in October 2001. Over his career, Mr. Van Tuyle has raised more than $100 million in venture capital.

Mr. Weston, a 35-year technology industry veteran, most recently served as the top engineer at Watchguard Technologies. Prior to joining Watchguard, he led the high-energy development of Rio digital music players at Diamond Multimedia. Earlier, Mr. Weston served in a variety of engineering roles during a 13-year tenure at Intel Corp.

James Bush has been appointed vice president of exploration for Tri-Valley Oil Dan Henning, senior vice president and area manager for Silverado Bank, the northern California division of Nevada Security Bank, has been tasked with supervision of the banks new office in Rancho Cordova.

The new branch is located at 2865 Sunrise Boulevard, Suite 112, in Rancho Cordova and is Silverado Banks second branch location in the greater Sacramento area.

Tom Vander Ploeg has been named executive vice president and chief credit officer of Service 1st Bank, a subsidiary of Tracy-based Service 1st Bancorp (OTCBB: SVCF).

Mr. Vander Ploeg brings over 30 years of banking experience to the job, including over 10 years with various community banks in the Northern California area. He has previously served as chief credit officer at Redwood Capital Bank in Eureka and at Granite Community Bank in Granite Bay. His prior banking experience includes service at a variety of national, regional and community banks in the Sacramento Valley, including Bank of Lodi, Placer Sierra Bank, Westamerica and Wells Fargo.

Donald Briggs Jr. has been appointed to the board of directors of Capital Corp of the West (NASDAQ: CCOW) of Merced, the bank holding company for County Bank.

Mr. Briggs' appointment fills a vacancy due to the retirement of Tom A.L. Van Groningen, who will transition into the role of director emeritus.

"Having reached mandatory retirement age, I look forward to a less active business schedule, says Mr. Van Groningen.

Betty Rengifo Tucker has been named executive of Comerica Bank's retail division in California and Arizona.

Ms. Tucker brings 19 years of Southern California banking experience to Comerica. Most recently, she served as the western region manager for merchant payment solutions for Wells Fargo Bank.

Doug Singer has been named to the board of directors of Pro Travel Network Inc. (OTCBB: PTVL) in Fresno.

Mr. Singer has been a Central Valley small business owner and entrepreneur for nearly 20 years. After earning degree from San Diego State University, he began his first company in 1989, Singer Commercial Spraying. Currently Mr. Singer owns and operates three ag service companies: Singer Commercial Spraying, Singer Brush Shredding and Singer Farms, which consists of a 40-acre orange orchard and 110 acres of almonds, pistachios, and grapes.

Gary Samaha has been named to the board of advisors of Global CTI Group in Bakersfield.

Mr. Samaha has been with Global CTI Group since 2003 and led Globals broader expansion into the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets.

Julie Weinstock has been re-elected chairwoman of The Meritage Association, which promotes American wines blended in the tradition of Bordeaux.

The organization also elected Lee Nordland, estate manager at Icon Estates, as treasurer. Stephanie Trotter-Zacharia, general manager of Casa Nuestra Winery, was named secretary.

Stacey Aldrich, 37, of Omaha, Neb., has been appointed deputy state librarian. She has served as assistant director of the Omaha Public Library in Omaha, Neb., since 2005. Previously, Ms. Aldrich worked for the Division of Library Development and Services under the Maryland State Department of Education from 1996 to 2005 holding the positions of branch chief of public libraries and the state networking branch and public library consultant.

Jeannine Bakulich, 56, of Folsom, has been appointed special assistant to the secretary for the State and Consumer Services Agency. She has served as an advisor to Secretary Rosario Marin at the State and Consumer Services Agency since 2006.

Ms. Bakulich previously was an executive assistant and staff services analyst to the California Integrated Waste Management Board from 1997 to 2006 and was a secretary for the California Medical Board from 1996 to 1997.

Jacquelyn Cervantes, 51, of Roseville, has been appointed senior labor relations officer for the Department of Personnel Administration. She has served as a labor relations manager for the department since 2006.

Diane Levin, 53, of Stockton, has been appointed policy director for the Office of the Secretary of Education. She has worked for the Department of Education since 1984, where she has served as the administrator of the No Child Left Behind Implementation and Coordination Office since 2004.

Ms. Levin previously held the positions of education policy advisor to the chief deputy superintendent, interim administrator for English Learner Monitoring, language arts consultant and evaluation and research consultant.

Camille Maben, 53, of Rocklin, has been appointed deputy chief of staff for the Office of the Secretary of Education. Since 2004, she has served as the director of school and district accountability under the Department of Education.

Ms. Maben previously was coordinator for No Child Left Behind from 2003 to 2004 and senior advisor to the Superintendent of Public Instruction from 1998 to 2003.

Karen Richter, 40, of Shingle Springs, has been appointed labor relations officer for the Department of Personnel Administration. She has served as a labor relations specialist for the Department of Personnel Administration since 2006. Richter previously served as a labor relations specialist for the Franchise Tax Board Employee Relations Office from 2005 to 2006.

Colleen Ripchick, 23, of Elverta, has been appointed assistant press secretary for the Office of the Governor. She most recently served as press secretary for Assemblymember Sharon Runner from 2006 to 2007.

Ms. Ripchick previously was a press assistant for Californians for Schwarzenegger 2006.

Kristine Rodrigues, 42, of Elk Grove, has been appointed senior labor relations officer for the Department of Personnel Administration. She has served as a labor relations officer for the division of labor relations at the Department of Personnel Administration since 2005. Previously Ms. Rodrigues worked for the California Department of Justice from 1996 to 2005 in several positions including labor relations specialist and associate personnel analyst.

Jacquelyn Sanders, 47, of Sacramento, has been appointed labor relations officer for the Department of Personnel Administration. Since 2004, she has served as the senior labor relations officer in the department.
