New Honda Jazz to be unveiled

Honda will debut its next generation Jazz supermini at the Tokyo motor show later this month. It's named the Honda Fit in Japan and, like its predecessor, is set to be one of the best-packaged small cars going thanks to its tall mini-MPV style body. In fact, after the first Jazz's success in the UK, Honda hasn't changed much about the styling or basic layout of the new model - though it does get a more upmarket interior.

The current Jazz is Honda's most successful small car with owners benefiting from excellent residuals - a well maintained example will still be worth 40 percent of its original value after three years. Its successor will certainly one to look out for in Tokyo, although it won't be available to buy in Britain until next year.
