BOSS JEFF RAGING AS FORD LOSES HIS FOCUS
KILMARNOCK boss Jim Jefferies opened fire on Simon Ford - seven days after backing him to the hilt.
The defender was the victim last week when he was wrongly adjudged by referee Dougie McDonald to have fouled Kris Boyd for the opening penalty in the 3-1defeat to Rangers. This tine round, Jefferies had little sympathy for his player. Ford completed a week of personal misery by getting himself red-carded for a lastman foul on Dunfermline midfielder Adam Hammill on the stroke of half-time to hand the Pars a point on a plate. There seemed little danger when he inexplicably lost possession to Hammill 30 yards from his own goal with Killie 1-0 up courtesy of Steven Naismith's ninth-minute opener.
