BMW X5 recognized at Geneva Auto Show

GREER BMWs X5 sport utility vehicle, built exclusively at BMW Manufacturing Co., took top honors in the off-road and SUV category given by Auto Bild magazine at the Geneva Auto Show.

Six other leading vehicles were chosen in other categories.

A total of 200,000 readers in 24 countries voted, and the top three vehicles in each category were driven in the semifinal round.

The X5 beat out the Audi A6 Allroad and the Hyundai Santa Fe.
