Problems:Can drive up a hill, it loses it speed when driving up a hill.
Does not accelerate to its maximum speed, very slow

its a casual and common thing , cars usually dont accelarate to the max on an uphill gradient , there is no roblem with your car , because gears differ in speed so it will be changing from low to high gears the high gear which is for power not speed .
