I have 2003 toyota allion which has same engine as yours and having same stuff hapenning. Nothing is wrong, the engine will go into fuel saving mode when car comes to stop and since its fwd, the car wnts to move and when brake is engaged xtra power causes vibration. If u adjust throttle cable factory settings will be affected and this cud cause sme probs. Try turning on a/c when in drive gear at normal temperature and stationery. It wnt happen and also try resting your cars front wheel on a kerb or something, then also it wnt happen. I hv driven many similar cars with similar engines to find out this issue but there is nothing wrng. If u hear vibrating sound, then u need to replace rubber mounting thing under air filter box which mounted to body. I hv several other cars at home honda and nissan and they all do same.
