2013 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado usb error 1 problems

| Problems: | Brought a new Prado TXL 4 cylinder 2013. Put on the USB directly and 4 seconds after the first song started playing it gave an "Error 1" and just would not work. I have reformatted my USB drive with FAT 32 and copied the songs (all MP3.com) again but same error again. There is just one folder on the drive with all MP3 songs in it and no other file. It is frustrating to buy a new car and not able to use your USB (which works smoothly on my Honda accord). Checked the manual but no solution in sight. Anyone having faced similar problem or knowing the solution, please advice. | |
