2001 Toyota Gaia radio displaying in language outside english problems

| Problems: | When you put on the stereo it will display MULTI AV STATION and threafter all language are displayed in Japanise, all whiting on the system are also in Japanise language, which make it difficate to operate. The only readable words on the system are, TOYOTA 16033;VOICE NAVIGATION; PWR=VOL. Please, may be you can help me out. | |

| The thermal switch for engine GF-SXM10G-BRSEK is not working, I have gone to Toyota Zambia and other spareparts shops in lusaka but not found the spare part(temperature switch) Kindly assist , if its orderling please advise |
