1994 Opel Astra engine problem

Problems:Good morning I have a opel astra 1994 model 180i 8vaule. I was driving my car to work and it started to misfire,I then went to buy new pugs and when I replaced it I found that number 3 plug was full of oil,so I replaced all 4 and checked da leads which is still good as new.car is still misfire and then I drove it to a machine workshop and he told me that the head need to be removed and sent in for testing and rings and bearings need to be replaced. Number 1 and 3 plug are still brand new on the head. Plugs are not firing. please help because I do not no any thing about machines work on engine and I do not no if his ripping me off

may be cause of wear piston rings especially the oil ring, wear valves seal or vaves seat need to re build or may be cause by engine overheating by lack of cooling incase of failure cooling system components

I had same problem with my Astra and after Compression test I had to take off my Cylinder head and had to take it in to get 1 Exhaust valve replaced which was Burned away.

Suggest you do the same. Let your Cylinder Head Tested
