2004 Nissan X-Trail 12 volt sockets problems

Problems:12 volt sockets not working. Is this just a fuse issue? If so, where do i look for them and then which one do i replace?

I have a 2005 x-trail,i found i kept blowing my 12v socket fuses too, i replaced them with the next size up fuses and ive never had a problem.
My fuse box for the 12v sockets is above the bonnet lever under the steering wheel
