Do you notice its rpm ? what rpm it touches when its accelerated from standby ? Coz Nissan's make are facing weight-power ratio. Body weight doesn't suits the engine horse power which in turn increases the load on engine that however causes more consumption of fuel , ride becomes gas guzzler ..
Check the following parameters :
Open the bonnet , right on the top of its Engine head having written 16-Valve on it . there are 4 plug coils . You need to unplug each of the plug turn by turn (not at the same time). While you unplug the black color coil you will see a noticeable vibration in engine. Keenly notice if there is no affect on engine's vibration when any of the plug in not intact. In short , Each plug plays its role to share load over engine. When any of those 4 plugs is plucked you car begins to vibrate/breath deeply. That means that unplugged coil is working properly. If any of the coil doesn't have an affect on engine while its unplugged i.e not intact, that is the very reason of more load on engine and increased consumption of the fuel at the same time. You can get it replaced (whole head) with a new one from junk yard ï?? Itâ?s a cheap solution. If there is something more I can help , Iâ?m available at my Yahoo!

Note : On average your car should not exceed 3rpm while gaining momentum from standby position to the first move. Alternately , take a U-turn in 2nd gear and check its rpm. I will let you know further.

Be told , you need to ensure whether the unplugged coil is intact before unplugging next coil. If yes , then you are good to proceed to the next one.

Hi,
Iqbal , better to check oxygen sensor , for every 100000kms oxygen sensors needs replacement as it consumes 20-30% more fuel after 100000kms better replace & you will get the result ....
