toyota lite ace 1991

I'm new to this site but I'm looking for some help please.
I have a 1991 Toyota lite ace, 5K 4 cylinder petrol 1486cc engine which I have left idle and now can't start. I have no spark from the ignition coil.
I need information about the Ignition coil. There are 2 pairs of wires,
+ve terminal black and red/black ignition on 0.5 volts and
-ve terminal two black wires ignition on 75 millivolts
Can anyone out there confirm what we should get from these terminals please?
Or direct me to where I might find the information.
