Unhappy beware suzuki warranty

We bought an 04 Verona and my wife drove it to school and back daily. She is an elementary school teacher.(approximately 20 miles round trip) On Father's Day (3 weeks ago) it had approx. 50,000 miles on it, and has had the oil changed every 3000 miles since it was new. On our way to my Father in laws it blows up. No warning--just seizes up. We have it towed to a ASE Certified mechanic as required by Suzuki. The mechanic said the motor completely fell apart. He said there is no sludge but were motor parts in the oil pan when he took it off. He was confident it would be covered under their 100,000 mile power train warranty and emailed the pictures to suzuki. Within 20 minutes of receiving the pictures they call and say their engineers have determined from the photos that sludge was the cause therefore they will not cover this motor with 50,000 miles on it. We are so upset and feel like fools. We will never buy Suzuki again and recommend no one else does either.
