TOKYO (Aug. 31, 2007) – The all-new Nissan X-TRAIL sport utility vehicle is off to a strong start in Japan with about 5,900 units ordered within its first week of introduction. Customers’ response to the Nissan X-TRAIL, which went on sale across Japan from August 22, has outperformed expectations with current order bank nearly triple of the targeted 2,000 units per month.
