Import of Minicab-MiEV to Europe

Hello,

As I'm interested to import a Minicab-MiEV to Europe, I'm looking for informations about the possibilities and requirements to legalise it in Portugal.
The main issue appear to be the headlights.
Therefore I would like to know whether the models Minicab and/or Town Box are distributed and sold by any official Mitsubishi dealers in any other country other than Japan.
