mazda demio problem

I have a 2000 mazda demio and a couple of weeks the window on the driver side reufused to go back up after it was put down got it back up after a struggle and removing inside panel and forcing it back up now the problem is that i locked the driver door today and now it won't open from the inside or outside and i can't remove the panel to check as i can't open the door so my query is does anyone know how to open the door or get inside the panel from the inside any help would be appreciated cheers
